I hate this school full of female driving instructors. When I started here, the auto industry was booming and I had a brand new car. Now, in this school full of female driving instructors, and me the only man, I feel outdated like the car I am still driving which was new when this place opened.

I have not told any one this, but I have secretly been looking for a new job with a new driving school. I have not done any thing other than instruct people on how to pass the automobile driving exam in my state, and hope to find a school that will accept me in spite of my "seasoned" age.

The are plenty of schools in this area, but most of them are full of young people ready to break in to the business of teaching others how to drive and pass the driving exam.

I would like to find a school that has other people my age as instructors where I feel as if I'd fit in. I do love my job, when I am on the road course with a student I feel free. The only problem with that is we eventually have to pull back into the parking lot of the school and turn the ignition off. Then, I have to trudge back into this school full of female driving instructors.

It is not that I have anything against females in general, some of the ones who teach here are very nice to me, but every single one of them should take the driving course all over again.

Since the school began hiring women a few years ago, there have been more accidents and our insurance has gone up to an unbelievable amount. You would think our chief executive officer would try to find instructors more suitable to the position that actually know how to instruct others without letting them crash on a closed course. I mean, some times I watch them and it seems as if they think this is an amusement park and they are riding on the bumper cars.

We have had to repair six cars after tremendous damage in the last two years, and we actually had to get rid of four of our cars because they were totalled. It is a miracle that not one student or instructor has been hurt in one of these accidents.

The reason our CEO has not fired any of the female driving instructors is, no doubt, because she is a woman.
